Storm stomped heavily through the forest like he normal word when he was out for a walk but this time he stomped out of annoyance more then just because he wanted to. His dark smokey gray coat rippled with each step until he stopped and waited for Raven followed by Fire to catch up. The tip of his tail twitched as he survayed the forested land where trees towered to the sky. Silently he chewed on his lip as he sniffed around searching for any prey that may still be in the area after his rude entrance. There was still some so hopefully Raven wouldn't be to mad at him.

Raven-----------------------------A shy she-cat who has issues with her past. The black pelted she-cat trotted along the path she usually took and flicked her ear in annoyance when Storm stomped through the forests undergrowth. "Was that truley nessecary?"she hissed lightly as she moved towards the gray pelted cave-guards side. Her blue eyes focussed on the tree tops in search of prey to catch. The scent of squirrel and robin was strong in this area despite Storms angery walking. Her ears twitched as she listened to the scuttling of small paws on dried leaves two or three fox lenghts away.

Storm flicked his tail back and forth occasionally hitting Raven's haunches. Without even answering the black pelted she-cat's question he asked his own, "Was is necessary to invite all of the tribe?"he meowed in a low whisper knowing that the prey-hunter had picked up on a squirrel near by. Slowly he scanned around trying to pick up on the general direction she would be heading so he could scout out any trouble before hand. He lowered himself towards the ground and waited for Raven to move forwards. If something went wrong he would be ready to run and defend the frail looking she-cat with his life.

Raven-----------------------------A shy she-cat who has issues with her past. Slowly she moved fowards ignoring Storm's question because she felt it was pointless to answer and risk scaring around her prey. Lightly she placed one paw down after the other making sure to distribute her weight evenly so she didn't disturb what littered the ground. Two fox lenghts away...Silently she thought to herself as she paused prepairing to run after the squirrel when it rose onto its haunches. Holding her breath she closed her blue eyes and reopened them slowly to see if the squirrel had made a quick retreat to the trees. She held in a sigh of relief as she watched the brown pelted squirrel go back to cracking nut shells against a tree root. That was close.Once more she slowly started moving towards her prey making sure to place each paw away from any feeble twigs and dried leaves. Slowly she took in a deep breath and paused, her tail tip flicked once as she decided whether she could pounce or not. Three mouse lenghts..Deciding it was unsafe she continued her slow move towards the squirrel. Her blue eyes locked directly on the squirrel she hadn't noticed rushling of bushes two of three tail lenghts to the left of her. One mouse lenght...Finally she could pounce. Her muscles in her haunches contracted and when they released she was launched forward like a spring. Her front paws out stretched and white claws unsheathed. The squirrel started to run but it was to late. She landed a killing move on the rodent before saying thanks to the Tribe of Endless Hunting. Her ear swearved as she heard something growling behind her, naturally she assumed it was Storm because it was something he probally did to scare everyone. The warm breath on her back made her uncomfortable and slowly she turned her head to tell Storm to stop. Her blue eyes widdened with fear as she caught sight of the cooper coat that was not Storm. Fox!Silently she screamed the word in her head because she could not find the air to sceam allowed. Her body froze in fear and she could seem to pick her paws up to run. It was if she had become stuck to the forested ground.

Storm had all ready seen the fox moving through the bushes and was racing down towards the prey-hunter. "Run Raven!"he yowled as he charged as fast as he could. His claws unsheltered and his muscles worked together as he pounced at the rusty pelted creature. With sharp claws he tore at the foxes haunches and nipped until the fox turned its cold amber gaze towards him. For the first time in his life, fear filled his pale gaze. Slowly he backed away baring his teeth while hissing and snarling as viciouse as he could. The sound of air moving and the clicking of the foxes jaws flushed into his face as the large dog snapped at his face. With a quick paw he took a swipe at the creatures face before running. Quickly he scampered up a near by tree and looked for Raven. A sense of relief filled his pale amber gaze when he spotted her in a tree too. Now hopefully he could spot Fire and let the tom know before the fox found him too.

Raven-----------------------------A shy she-cat who has issues with her past. The small prey hunter cowered in the trees branches as she watched the fox still the squirrel she just killed. A frown spread across her face as she realized that would be the only thing she'd be catching today because the commotion would have scared everything else away. Slowly she moved her blue gaze to see Storm in the other tree a sense of relief filled her thoughts when she saw he was safe. Carefully she jumped across the branches to join up with him. Just take it slow because falling would be the death of me.One thought repeated itself through her thoughts as she slowly maneuvered through the unstable tree branches. Lightly she placed her paws, her claws sinking into the woody bark of the branch as she eyed the ground where the fox wandered waiting for her to make one mistake. Casually she took in a deep breath and leaped to the next branch. Please let me have judged that right. This last jump hadn't been calculated at all she just assumed it was the same distance as the rest. Fear filled her blue eyes as she realized she should have looked before jumping. Quickly she stretched her front legs as far as possible hoping to catch even the smallest bit of branch so she wouldn't plummet to the ground. A short sense of relief filled her eyes when she felt claws sink into the bark of the tree but the fear slapped here again when she tried to pull herself up. She had no real strength in her front paws and she was tired from earlier. Her back paws flared behind her as if she was trying to run on air. No!The thought struck her as she felt herself loosing grip. She slowly blinked her blue eyes shut and prepared herself to feel the foxes teeth ripping through her back as if she was a toy. I never should have come out hunting with Storm. If it wasn't for Storm she would still be laying in camp just relaxing or eating a small piece of prey trying to hold her hunger over for a day or so. Why couldn't I just have said no?She couldn't just blame Storm because that would be wrong. It was her fault that the word no was just not apart of her vocabulary. Slowly she felt her claws tearing painfully away from the only thing keeping her from falling to her possible death.

Fire sat back and looked at the two cats stomping and running about. They don't need me. He told himself. He frowned and padded in the opposite direction. As soon as he was out of the way of the two cats, he let out a big sigh. "I wasn't wanted, or needed, was I?" He asked himself. Fire bit into his lip and scolded himself. "Never try to have fun with other cats who are already having fun." He told himself. Most cats didn't like to be around him, he didn't know why. Maybe it was that he was not as good at hunting, and didn't know much so he didn't have much to know about it. Fire heaved his body upward and shuffled across the forest, again sighing.

Storm lunged forwards to save Raven before she plummeted towards the fox. In a quick movement he grabbed her scruff and pulled her quickly away from the ledge and then he caught sight of Fire. There was a sense of relief when the healer ran away from the danger but he knew that Raven and himself should reunite with the healer just in case something else happened. “Come on follow me and just watch your step.” he meowed in a gentle whisper.

As soon as Fire was done, he headed back, and when he saw the fox attack, he dropped all of his medicine. "Wha-- Ooops! Sorry I went away I..." He yelped in surprise. He left all his supplies for after the attack, and with no thought about it, threw himself near the other cats and said, "Riku, can you guard us while I tend to injuries? I have just the supplies! Let me go get them..." He mumbled. Soon, he was throwing himself back at the supplies, and gathering them up quickly, into a small bundle. Chervil... I can use this on the wounds.. He told himself as he carried the plants back. "I gof the suff" He managed to say with his mouth full of leaves. Fire set the plants down and asked Riku, "How bad are your wounds? I'll treat you after Raven..." Now, he had started chewing the leaves and roots of Chervil so he could get the juice into her wounds. Fire had to keep his head right over the wounds, or he would just make a mess. "This will sting a bit," He mewed softly. "But your tough enough." Fire kept on chewing, until he used up the second to last plant. I've gotta save for Riku he told himself. Next, he used a bit of chewed up Comfrey Root, and rubbed this on his paws, and into the cat's wounds. "Done," Fire mewed confidently to Raven. "How do you feel now-- oh, and how are you, Riku?"
